Mob at the VEE!

United Way recently added 16 enthusiastic and highly-motivated employees to its ranks. Companies from around the community have generously loaned the organization some of their brightest staff to be Campaign Ambassadors for the next two months.

As part of the CA's training, they will be participating in a Flash Mob to get a feel for the Live United movement and get active in its guerilla style marketing tactics.

Here's the details (more to come)

• Campaign Ambassadors and anyone in the community is welcome (encouraged!) to join
• T-shirts will be given out to those who need them
• If you have a shirt, wear it, but conceal it under another shirt or jacket
• Arrive at 11:45 a.m. in the downstairs area of the WU Student Union (near the pool tables by the CAB office)
• At noon, we will as a group (but not looking very group-like) make our way either outside to the sidewalk if the weather is cooperative or stay indoors in front of the Corner Market.
• At a signal, all participants will remove their shirt to reveal their LIVE UNITED tee and that underneath it all, we are all united.
• Participants will freeze in place for 3 minutes.
• After three minutes, they will put on their shirts and continue as thought nothing happened.
• If anyone asks info about what happened, participants can hand out a Live United info card with this blog address and United Way's twitter name.
